Please note – These delivery times are estimates, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, allowing 2-3 days for the standard delivery service, or 9 days for worldwide delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Rapastrology I.A.R Shop. However should you need to return an item to us it must be in a re-sellable condition, which would be that of when you purchased it; and sent in a sealable postal bag, then once we have confirmed receipt of postage and are satisfied that the items have been returned in accordance to our terms of business listed below, then we will process this by sending a confirmation email. Refunds are only given in the instance that an exchange or store credit is not available

Send your item back to the address below preferably with tracked delivery service, we prefer Royal Mail, then send us an email using the below template to rapastrology@gmail.com and a member of the team will respond within 1- 2 working days.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags.

Please note before making any purchase from this site that any credit note can take up to 5 working days to be fully processed
Credit notes exclude postage & returns cost.
 We only class orders as lost in transit after 15 working days have passed, only then will we consider a refund for non-received goods. It is recommended to use a tracked method, as we are not responsible for any lost orders and you will be asked to claim any cost back with the delivery company.
 Return the package by using the post office services or courier services that offer tracking and obtain proof of postage from them or the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting, as any missing parcel is your
responsibility. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days to refund/exchange, you will receive an email stating your account has been credited.
The Item must be repacked, along with the returns form or invoice in the same condition as it was received.
Exchange can take up to 7 – 14 days to be processed.
Once an exchange has been approved we will require you to pay the cost postage of the exchanged Item (this excludes receiving faulty or damaged goods, in which this case the cost is
covered by ourselves)
 If we are unable to exchange the Item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you
 Please note you may only make an exchange on the same Item once.
Exchanges-
Please pop a note inside your return parcel stating your order number and the Item etc you require
Received the wrong Item or the Item is damaged? –
Please return within the 14 day policy and inform us via email. Follow the instructions as set out above
Clearance
Please note all clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Please also note that there is a possibility that some items in clearance may be scuffed or slightly damaged
